The need:
As part of ongoing member appreciation and engagement efforts, the membership team and I developed a welcome kit that is sent to all new members of the society. The kit includes a letter from the president and a membership brochure that highlights all of the benefits ASPS has to offer. We then carried over the same look and feel to a member benefits campaign on Instagram where we spotlight benefits throughout the year.
The deliverables:
Results:
- A member welcome kit, complete with a member benefit booklet, letter from the president and member ID card in a custom mailer
- An Instagram campaign to welcome new members, delivering up to 5x higher engagement than other campaigns.
- An Instagram campaign to spotlight the not-so-known benefits for ASPS members, producing at least 2-3x higher engagement on average.
